sleazy salesman selling you bad technology

I don’t think the idea of talking to salespeople elicits a positive response most of the time. For the most part, salespeople are viewed negatively. It begs the question…Why? The most common NEGATIVE THOUGHTS associated with salespeople are somewhere along the lines of:

  1. “They will say yes to anything and everything just to win the deal.”
  2. “They’re like a used car salesman.”
  3. “Salespeople over promise and under deliver.”
  4. “They do not adequately understand the products they are selling.”

When it comes to Managed Services sales, I think most are applicable, but none more so than NEGATIVE THOUGHT #4 above. Since its infancy the entire Auxzillium sales approach has set out to dispel any negative thoughts and address NEGATIVE THOUGHT #4 during our initial engagement with a business.

However, before addressing NEGATIVE THOUGHT #4, let’s start with NEGATIVE THOUGHT #1 and work our way down identifying how Auxzillium addresses each of them in its sales approach to your business.

Auxzillium has never been one to enter a relationship (that’s what MSP agreements are) without considering the clients needs and our ability to adequately satisfy them. While change can sometimes be for the better, if an MSP does not posses the capacity to meet service levels or experience supporting certain technologies it can be disastrous to both parties. In other words, relationship changing. Sometimes the answer is no. It must be.

Auxzillium believes in every solution it sells. Solutions are not just a statistic associated with a price. They are curated before selection. It is a process motivated by test and development ensuring the solution meets the requisite needs of the client. Exposure to the solution and feedback from staff are encouraged so there is corporate buy-in.

Auxzillium collects metrics and develops case studies. Metrics relating to response times, resolution times, and satisfaction are collected around-the-clock. We make them available to clients whenever requested and review them in person on at-least an annual basis. The solutions we implement and the reasons for their implementation are often arranged into case studies revealing a challenge and the navigation through, over or around it.

Auxzillium addresses a salesperson’s inadequate understanding of the products it sells in a unique way. We DO NOT hire salespeople. The benefits of applying technical staff to the sales process within Auxzillium doesn’t just address negative thoughts people have about salespeople; but turns those thoughts around in the opposite direction.

When you meet with Auxzillium, you are meeting with staff that are passionate about who employs them and believe in the vision of the company. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and can detail solutions they’ve implemented to solve your existing IT problems.
