Auxzillium Attends Annual HR Conference!

 

On Auxzillium’s behalf, HR manager Meagan DiBiase attended the annual NEHRA 2025 conference this year. This conference, which is hosted by New England’s SHRM chapter in Newport RI, did an outstanding job lining up three full days of speakers from across the country as well as from different industries. The theme of this year’s event was “Purpose” which was felt widely by all who attended. Meagan had the pleasure of meeting as well as learning from a wide range of HR professionals from fields including law enforcement, education, and finance! She was also lucky enough to share breakfast NEHRA board member on the last day of the conference.

 

The cherry on top of this year’s event was the keynote speaker, Dr. Neha Sangwan – physician, engineer, and TEDx speaker. Dr. Neha Sangwan discussed the importance of self-awareness in the office in order to be the most present and productive version of ourselves in both our personal and professional lives. She beautifully and scientifically tied together the importance of practicing both mental and physical health and spreading this message onto our own management in hopes to help increase engagement at work!
