Auxzillium is excited to announce that it has created a new role, Service Desk Manager, to better support our clients’ needs.

The Service Desk Manager will bridge our company’s most vital interactions: clients on one side and our Desktop Team dedicated entirely towards assisting these individuals on the other side. This role requires a person with in-depth knowledge about our service operations, excellent technical and problem-solving skills to ensure that both the client and the Desktop Teams’ needs are being met effectively.

We are thrilled to announce that we have promoted Matt Lieneck to become the Service Desk Manager. Matt Lieneck came to Auxzillium 4 years ago. He started as one of our Desktop Administrators, was soon promoted to Senior Desktop Administrator, and has now been tasked with leading the Desktop Team. His attention to detail, problem-solving, and management skills make him the perfect person for this new role.
