AUXZILLIUM’S POSITION RELATING TO COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

As I’m sure you are aware, extraordinary measures are being enacted by state and federal governments to help combat the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). In response to these measures, commencing on Monday, March 16th, and up to the next 30 days, Auxzillium will be providing remote only support. However, If any issue relating to your technology system is critical and requires the presence of Auxzillium onsite, then a technician will be dispatched.

Several of Auxzillium’ s clients have decided to have their staff work remotely for the foreseeable future. Any clients following suit should do so at their own discretion. Auxzillium is fully capable and well prepared to support our clients remotely. If remote access is something you are considering, please reach out to Auxzillium at your convenience, and we will take the necessary steps to set up remote access for all users that require it.

It is important to highlight information regarding COVID-19 is changing by the hour. We will continue to monitor the communication from the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC), Massachusetts, and the United States Governments. Additionally, Auxzillium will keep you informed regarding any changes to its expected support position.
