Position Overview

The Systems Engineer has the experience necessary to build out our client’s existing infrastructure and troubleshoot problems as they arise. We’re a growing company with a team of highly dedicated IT professionals who give their all to help our enterprise flourish. The ideal candidate for this position can prioritize mission-critical tasks and coordinate the construction and expansion of client systems so updates and other maintenance tasks don’t get in the way of daily operations.  Clients are interested in automating as many of their processes as possible to reduce the potential for human error.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in a Systems Engineering or Administration role:
    • Windows Desktop applications; various operating systems such as Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2012 R2, and Server 2016 a plus.
  • Experienced applicants with focused experience in Microsoft environments of 500-1500 end-users and/or MSP experience are urged to apply
  • Broad experience in Active Directory technologies
  • Knowledge of software applications and basic hardware for the PC
  • Creating and maintaining user self-help documentation, technical documentation, and procedural documentation.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service, written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Incumbent must have reliable transportation to travel between client sites and the main office, on a frequent basis, and at a moment’s notice.
    • Travel to and from client sites on a very regular basis, sometimes daily, to service on-site needs.
  • Promote a positive atmosphere working with their surrounding Auxzillium team members.
  • Ability to take tests and earn certifications.
  • Handle escalations given by the Desktop Team.
  • Familiar with project processes and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines.
